Postpartum Support

Offering Support at Home

Your journey does not end with the birth of your baby. In fact, it is just getting started. I take the time to get to know your concerns and your needs as a new family unit. I’m always available to connect by phone/email throughout the transition into motherhood. I will  provide the resources you require to make sure your transition home with baby is as calm and positive as possible.

Informed and Mindful Birthing Education

Informative and Compassionate

Childbirth Education classes are back on the rise for a very good reason. Labor is not a great time to start learning the ropes and making major decisions. It is terribly difficult to focus and to learn and to think through your options when you’re uncomfortable or in pain. Because of the rising cost, hospitals are cutting back on Maternity Wards which means less nurses with time to help and instruct laboring couples. Obstetrics has the biggest gap between what we know from evidence based studies and what is done on a routine basis. Come to class and learn what you need to know to narrow the gap!
