Initial Free consultation: Currently offering virtual via Zoom due to safety precautions. It is very important that you and your partner are comfortable with myself and the team I work with.  We expect to meet with clients and build connection and a relationship before labor. Over our prenatal visits we aim to explore and discuss your priorities, fears, hopes and concerns.  The initial meeting is free and does not obligate you to use our services.

Half of the fee is due when contract is signed. This secures your birth on the calendar. The remainder of the fee is due at 35 weeks gestation. If necessary, we are open to payment plan based on individual circumstance. We truly value the positive benefits of doula care and do not want financial need to make those services inaccessible to mothers who desire them. The fee includes being on call and readily available to the birthing mother for our entire relationship at the signing of the contract and deposit. In addition, the fee includes the following:

Three Prenatal meetings: We offer our first prenatal meeting at 30 weeks.  This meeting gives us a chance to talk in detail about your preferences regarding your birth. We touch on both your head and heart space.  This meeting is done virtually.

We offer a second prenatal in your home. During this meeting we practice hands-on comfort measures and dive deeper into the logistics of birth day.

We offer a third group prenatal monthly. This meeting we use as a tool to help the families we support build community and really dive into the nitty gritty of postpartum. We talk all things about setting up your relationship, home and supports to have the best chance of feeling well during your fourth trimester.

Contact Throughout Pregnancy: We are available for phone consultations, text, and email questions immediately after the contract is signed and deposit is received. We encourage clients to call throughout the pregnancy with questions or updates.

Labor and Birth Support:  It is your decisions if you would like in person support, virtual, or a combination. It is your decision where to meet- at your home or the hospital. Once you call us, we provide continuous labor support for the family.  We usually remain with you for 1-2 hours after birth, until you are comfortable, and the family is ready for quiet time together. We can also help with initial breastfeeding, if wanted.

Post-partum visit: Our services include one postpartum visit-usually 2-14 days after the birth. This visit can be virtual or in person. During the visit, we can provide breastfeeding support, baby care tips, referrals to community resources, and a chance to discuss the birth experience.
